Feeling totally drained
I know that the semester has only just started, and I haven't really done much except switch dorm rooms, go to classes, and talk to people, but I'm exhausted. I mean, some of it may be the insomnia speaking, because I haven't been sleeping well.... Again..... but it's ridiculous.
Also, the weather has been sucky. We had snow for a while, but now it's mostly melted, and there was freezing rain last night, and I made it down to Wall-Mart on the bus, but they were shutting down after that, and so I had to walk back on slick sidewalks in the dark. Because even though I called my friend, she didn't get my message until after I had started walking, and so I didn't feel my phone vibrate, so I said screw it and walked. A mile and a half. And there were two kids in an SUV who looked at me funny because I was crouching down to slide down a ramp at a crosswalk, because I didn't want to fall and bust my ass, and I was trying to focus. Although, I only actually fell once. Which was pretty sweet. All those years of figure skating did pay off! And if more people had been walking, they would have though I was crazy, because I was having an argument with myself. And almost got run over by a truck.
