This may be in bad taste, but I've never had much of a desire or understanding of taste to begin with. I'll simply say that terrorism of the form that recently occurred is hardly an act to truly scare the public. I take it if that threat was involved, this attack would have been better coordinated?

If any actual threat were involved, they wouldn't be pussyfooting around like scared children. We have no need to be afraid of an enemy that is even more afraid of us than we are of it.

Maybe they're testing the city's reactions. But yeah, I know. Wholescale slaughter is more potent when the enemy is in your face.

Slaughter. That's an interesting way to put it.

Suffice it to say, the best thing anyone can do in a situation like this is to say they are not afraid.

Diseases don't scare me.

The convenient use of disease is no sign of "genius." Nature is cruel, that's no great secret.

It is. Men can imagine how to make it crueler but they cannot match it no matter how hard they try.

Mankind is hardly the cruelest thing in existence. I'm not about to be afraid of an evil that I know the limitations of.

They aren't that evil. I've seen evil and it is not Man.
