This may be in bad taste, but I've never had much of a desire or understanding of taste to begin with. I'll simply say that terrorism of the form that recently occurred is hardly an act to truly scare the public. No matter how many die, the fear instilled in people, who are brave and kind and virtuous as a general nature, can never last long in ( Read more... )

All the grace and aim of a child throwing a tantrum for attention.

Yeah. Pretty much so. Reminds me of a few people I knew back home.

Mm. I've seen children plan better attacks.

It's not the children I worry about here.

The real threat has a name, and it's classified.

I take it if that threat was involved, this attack would have been better coordinated?

If any actual threat were involved, they wouldn't be pussyfooting around like scared children. We have no need to be afraid of an enemy that is even more afraid of us than we are of it.

The convenient use of disease is no sign of "genius." Nature is cruel, that's no great secret.

It is. Men can imagine how to make it crueler but they cannot match it no matter how hard they try.

Mankind is hardly the cruelest thing in existence. I'm not about to be afraid of an evil that I know the limitations of.

Poisonings? Please.

How fourteenth century.

They aren't that evil. I've seen evil and it is not Man.

It's child's play.

Whatever it is, it's both sloppy and unforgivable.

I don't like it one bit at all.
