A near miss
Left work not long ago (yay for night shifts) and had an interesting encounter in the carpark stairwell.
A young man was relieving himself on the landing between Orange and Purple levels. Since I was parked on Orange level, I had no choice but to interrupt him or hang around until he was done. Since it's 7 degrees outside, I chose the former.
I excused myself and tried to slip past him without interfering with his stream of ... consciousness ...
He yelped and turned to face me.
I jumped out of the way.
He said - "You scared me! I nearly pissed myself."
To which I replied - "But is that self-control or luck? I mean, had you not already been urinating in a public place would you really have pissed yourself? And in the grand scheme of things, which is more embarrassing? Pissing yourself in front of a total stranger, or carrying on a conversation about it while holding your penis?"
He ran away.
