Fun times were had by all...
It was a gorgeous warm sunny day on the south coast of BC today...so we went to Doggy Beach!
The dog beach used to be known as Semiahmoo Park beach when I was a kid. Then the lease that the city of White Rock had on the beach ran out and the land reverted to the Semiahmoo First Nation. Because the park is native land again, the city's leash laws are not in effect. Therefore, much running and barking and splashing and FUN!
Also...new icon! For all you non-Canadians (that would be most of you, n'est-ce pas?) the text is the last line of the national anthem, often delivered with great gusto (like "...and the home...of the.....BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAVE!")
