so, I went to check out one of the local culinary schools around here. this one's just down the street from me a few blocks, the other one is also walking distance. as it turns out one of the instructors is a regular at the bar I work at, we've exchanged comments in the past, but never really talked much. its been in the back of my head for a few years now, going to culinary school I mean, I'm looking to start up in the fall. I havn't applied yet, but I'm taking steps to think about it more seriously.
also, my mom wants to fly me to vegas in a few weeks for a weekend, just to hang out with some family I guess, which is cool by me, I don't mind taking a quick trip at all
well, I should go find some food before going to work
