well for the past couple of nights i've been taking valume(i think thats how u spell it) to sleep better cause my mom was on them but i think thats the cause of me having bad dreams,but i do sleep better i just have weird dreams lol

i think i will go and ask for ambein,i used to take those for drugs,cause they fuck you up if u dont go to sleep on them,but they did make me sleep better and they never gave me bad dreams i dont think
