The rules will be updates, and changed a bit.
Whotopia will now be a prompt community for muses from the Doctor Who/Torchwood/Sarah Jane Smith fandoms. There will be very specific prompts, designed for that universe, as well as an open forum for posting of fandom fics, discussion of episodes, roleplay and icon sharing.
There is no minimum posting requirement, and no limit on the number of writers who can write a particular muse. This is an open, friendly, free place for people to share a lot of Who-lovin'. A very simple app will be done, just to keep out any wank and drama.
