Okay, so it seems that as a formal, tightly done community, we're not cutting it.
It seems to me that maybe people are so stressed out with school, work, the economy and other stuff that formal comms just aren't where people want to be.
So, guys, how about we shake things up a bit? How about we turn who_topia into a "dressing room/drop in" community where people from all over the "Who-niverse" can get together and plot, do light chatting, squee over the new specials and just talk. So that's what I'm going to do. There will still be prompts, but there will also be some fun, spur of the moment, coming together of all kinds of players. Just relax, enjoy, have a good time and rock your socks! Feel free to post news, OOC or IC stuff and let us know the plots and things going on in your games!
