words can not describe how freaking proud i am off the buffalo sabres. i never thought i'd see them win a presidents' trophy in my lifetime, a stanley cup, yes, but not the presidents' trophy. but now expectations are high and face it teams that finish first overall during the regular season do not usually win it all. sadly, i do wish them to crap out kind of early. why? so people will get off the fucking bandwagon already. i'm not going to start ranting about all the sabres fans who have come out of the woodwork the past 2-3 years but i will say that i've seen them miss the playoffs or exit in the early rounds and i'm still around.

ps- 5 weeks from now i will be in vancouver. i can not wait.
