My third tutorial here :D
From this to this in only 7 steps!

We're transforming this:
to this:

01. Add a Color Burn layer filled with #BBE6FE

02. Add a Curves adjustment layer and put the following:
RGB:
First Point: 93, 149
second point: 110, 157
Third Point: 123, 166

RED:
input: 152
Output: 177

03. Add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer and put +20 in each 'category' (Master, Reds, Yellows...)

04. Add a new color burn layer filled with #D4D4D4

05. Add a Multiply layer filled with #F3E7C9 (45% opacity)

And We're Done! Another icons I made using the same coloring:
