Sign-ups and prompting are now live and the fest will run from 23rd July-13th August 2016. As this is a bonus round, it's open to ALL fanworks, not just fic. Please come and join us in celebrating some of the lesser-known characters of the Whoniverse! (Including all spin-offs and EU works.)
