I can't seem to access that Google Docs Form! What am I doing wrong?

That's strange... it's working for me and other people have been able to sign up this morning. I wonder if you're behind a firewall or running some kind of script.

But no matter, you can go ahead and PM me the following info:

Your LJ Username
If you're taking a prompt from the prompt bank, which one (just copy/paste it)
And pick your choice of due date from the following dates:
July 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 25, 27, 29, or August 2, 3, 4
And also how you'd prefer to be contacted, via LJ PM or email (if email, then please include your email address)
