Awhile back I
shared a pair of TARDIS socks I knit and mentioned how I was also knitting a pair of TARDIS fingerless gloves for a friend. Well, they're done and here they are!
Details
Pattern:
TARDIS Socks by Keladry Bonnett (
Ravelry link for the pattern - you must be logged in to view it). I used the pattern for the colorwork and the texturing of the doors, but the rest was all (very simply) me.
Yarn:
Knit Picks Palette in Delta, Black, and White.
Needles: US1.5 (2.50mm) DPNs for the cuffs and texture of the doors. US2 (2.75mm) for the colorwork.
(It's really hard to take a photo of your own arm, by the way. Haha!)
They're currently on their way to their new home in Indiana to live with a wonderful boy named Ben. :) I hope he enjoys them as much as I enjoyed knitting them.
I have a
knitting blog on
Tumblr, if anyone is interested in following me. I'm also on
Ravelry as
tricycles. I love making new crafty friends. :)
