I have a question

I want to make Five's cricket jumper.

Does anyone have a pattern, or a link to a pattern for a jumper that looks similar or is easily modifiable? (A pattern for a vest would work too since we're going to be cosplaying in Florida and the less layers the better.)

I'm relatively new to knitting and don't feel confident enough to try freehanding this.
