*wanders out and smiles when he sees him* *goes over and sits on the floor next to him* Need any help?

*raises his head to smile at her* No, just taking a few precautions. Almost done.

*lays down beside him, looking at the panel he's fixing*

*connects two wires together and mumbles a reassurance when the TARDIS whirrs in response*

Nice one, Professor. *smiles and rolls toward him, kissing his cheek quickly then getting up*

*finishes up and sets the panel back in place* *stands* That should do it. *looks up from setting coordinates* Good morning, Ace.

*smiles and goes over, bumbing her shoulder with his* Morning.

*dials in the rest of the coordinates* Aren't you going to ask where we're going?

[awesome_ace]

*laughs* Where are we going?

[who_is_seven]

*eyebrow raise* It's a surprise. *smirks and dematerializes the TARDIS*

*rolls her eyes playfully* Tease.

[who_is_seven]

*smiles and goes round the other side of the console to work a control* *points over to her side* If you could turn that dial fifteen to the left, please.

*does so, watching him quietly*

*does a few more things, rematerializing* *flips open the viewer, showing nothing but space* Looks right.

*looks at the view, furrowing her brow* Professor...there's nothing out there.

Ah, but... *operates the door control and it opens to space* *smiles and motions her over to the door* *points out a planet that's relatively close*
