Well, my dad's in a good mood. Apparently he proposed to his girlfriend, and she accepted. I've honestly never seen him this happy in a really long time. Not since mum left.

The bad news? Wedding preparations, 'family' gatherings, deciding whether to tell Mum.

It's going to be a long summer.
