For Mori
Kyle felt as though he could jump for joy. Literally.
25 pages of work: Finished, in his professor's hands, and no longer his responsibility...
The possibilities seemed endless!
Packing a trunk, he finally appeared in his home bedroom. Kyle wanted to kiss his pillow. Okay, maybe he did kiss his pillow. (Comfortable old thing!)
With a secret grin, he put the finishing touches on his present for Mori. Shrinking it a little to fit in his pocket, he hid it and apparated to her living room.
She should be still out..., he thought, and sure enough there was no sign of her. So he placed it lightly under her Christmas tree, with a simple note: "Do Not Open Until Christmas"
With all of this in place, he silently recited a charm to make it light up.
"Not bad..." he murmured.
ooc: hey! Sorry for my mini disappearing act. I had 15 pages of papers to write (some in Spanish) and my Graduate Record Examination (GRE) for grad school... and now I'm back, and free!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
