OMG 22nd!!! OMG FIRE SHOW!!1
Ok, this is our largest event yet. I will start off by saying that anyone is welcome to join us. ANYONE can come. That said, most people can stay the night at my house on the night of the 21st AND the night of the 22nd. There will be a woods work party on saturday (22nd) so anyone there will be fed and put to work. Contact me if you (all of my close friends don't worry about this) or someone you know (someone I don't know) wants to spend the night. I just want to know and in general there should be no problem. If you live at a distance, you can most definatly spend the night.
The actual show will be starting at some point shortly after 5:30. Feel free to come earlier if you would like. Guests who are just comming for the show NEED to be there by 6:00. If you have to come later, thats cool, but you may miss parts of the show.
WE WANT PERFORMERS!!! If you want to play music or do some act (story, talent, whatnot) between 5:30 and 6:30, let me know. Also: bring your instruments, anyone is welcome to play during our fire show (we will tell you some sections to be quiet)
The Bon Fire will be lit around 6:30 and the show will start as soon as it is fully on fire. The show will have fire dancers and minor pyrotechnics. It will last 30-45 minutes.
People are welcome to hang out after the show. However, I ask that young children go home shortly after it is over. We can play music around the fire if people would like.
PLEASE BRING FOOD! I will be providing minimal amounts of food for people (except for those who work in the woods....they get fed)...so please bring any sort of food. Grab a bag of chips (or something else...as many many many will bring chips).
