Update on Doctor Who 50th Anniversary e-Stories by Puffin Books
Further to the item posted last week by comm member persiflage_1 regarding the series of 50th anniversary Doctor Who e-shorts to be written by well known children's authors:
The author of the first story, featuring the First Doctor as played by William Hartnell, has been revealed as Irish author Eoin Colfer, best known as the writer of the Artemis Fowl series, which I have never read, but understand have some good buzz around them.
Apparently the story will be available to buy on January 23, with more to come during 2013, one for each of the eleven Doctors. So, there you go.
