Well, That's Disappointing...
The man, the myth, the legend Gareth Roberts has announced that he is no longer going to be writing his much-anticipated (by me, anyway) novelisation of the equally legendary (and hitherto not adapted) Doctor Who story City of Death. Apparently James Goss (who I suspect is not related to Matt and Luke) is off the sub's bench and is currently removing his tracksuit before completing the task.
Aw, and I was really looking forward to that as well. And I was looking forward to it because it was written by Gareth Roberts, who represents basically the gold standard to which everybody who has ever had any interest in writing Doctor/Romana fanfic should aspire to (only he gets paid for it!).
