which way was the right way?

 so it turned out my actual weight was a whoping 149!!!  holy fat ass.

but the good news is that im already down to 147.4

ive had salad and a peice of bread so far today.  and half a glass of dr.pepper. im so addicted.

worked out tuesday w my sister... ran/walked for 55 min.  15-20 min of weights.
took yesterday off cuz my legs fucking killed.. i was wearing shitty shoes. but got new ones yesterday.

so the rest of the plan for tonite is:

work out. 
eat a healthy meal
go to disasteratii and tremble and shake.
It shall be grand.
