last week of classes? hard to believe....
this week, though only half way begun, has been an interesting one to say the least....
yesterday afer lunch, i think i experienced a minor bit of food poisoning....it was only a grilled chicken salad...but let's just say that i didn't eat anything else for the rest of day- not that i actually could since just the thought of food made me even sicker to my stomach than i already was (quite opposite from the norm). i even took a 2 hr nap to get my mind off it, which is about all it did, and my dreams were so real, but yet so ridiculous it's funny how surprised i was to wake in my real dorm room (since the one in my dream obviously was not).
and then last night, i dreamed about pirates and somehow that evolved into a trip to Rome w/a few ppl....the most amazing part had to be the "Roman Bridge" (which, in my dream, was famous)....anyways, the most intricate piece of architecture ever, and most surprising of all- it was made out of wood! so yeah, a massive, 3-way bridge out of wood....man, those Romans sure had it together......
crazy dreams, even Kathy agreed, which is why when i told her about what really happened today, she thought i was talking about my dream. anyways, so i'm walking back w/friends from astronomy, and we're crossing the street and the next thing i know...i'm on the street, flat on the ground, stopping traffic! don't know how that happened, but luckily, i had friends to get my out of the road and then i limped to einstein's (i landed on my hip-bone) where i took a couple minutes to catch my breath and warm my wounded hands (cold weather + open wounds= not such a good combo). no permanent damage done tho, which is good....i'll just have a giant bruise in the morning......
