A ship that you like and no one else understands why?
Alright, I know that a lot of people online agree with me and get where I'm coming from but all those in my family and my friends who have watched Lord of the Rings disagree with me. They can't understand why I would want Aragorn with Eowyn when he has Liv Tyler... lol, their words exactly. Not Arwen... Liv Tyler. Oh silly people.
Anyways I just feel like Aragorn and Eowyn have sooo much more in common with each other. They belong together more than he does with Arwen. I loved them so much in Two Towers, from the moment he looks up to see her standing there in white while he's riding towards Edoras to the moment they embrace after the battle of Helms Deep. There was love in his eyes during that embrace, I don't care what you say.
I also feel I should mention that after discovering I was the only one that felt that way about them being together I decided to check out the fandom online and found out that originally Aragorn WAS supposed to wed Eowyn but was this was changed at the end because JRR Tolkein thought it was too convenient that the rulers of Rohan and Gondor should be married. This satisfied me, knowing that I wasn't wrong to love them as much as I do. :D
