Ok, so Hank/Karen from Corner Gas is definitely a crack!ship but they DID happen at one point (even if only for an episode) and it was hilarious and fantastic and remains my favourite episode of Corner Gas to this day.
I didn't think about these two EVER being together in a romantic way ... actually I never used to think of Hank with anyone because he is so crazy, dumb and at times gross, but then they shared a hot and steamy fishing trip in "Hook, Line and Sinker" and surprisingly had ME hooked. What could be better than having crazy immature Hank hook up with straight laced police officer Karen? Nothing.
They have had a couple more story lines together and each time you see Karen sticking up for Hank when he does something completely hairbrained. Secretly (or not really) I will imagine that they hooked up and stayed hooked up.
Sometimes being delusional is better than not. :D
