What Was Your Very First Ship?
Not that I ever had a clue what ‘shipping’ was at the time but when I was young… like 7-8 I was really into Betty and Veronica comics. I liked all of the stories but my favourite strips were the ones where Archie went for Betty over Veronica. I just always thought that Archie and Betty were better suited for each other. They are both down to earth and not materialistic like Veronica. They were the classic boy and girl next door. I always pictured them settling down together and having a dozen babies, lol. Actually one of the strips in one of the books I owned has Archie day dreaming about what married life would be like with Betty and they had a house full of children! Plus, personally I always felt that Veronica was better suited with Reggie.
Aww all of this reminiscing makes me wish I didn't sell all of my old comics. :(
