Down in Austin!
I have officially moved into my first apartment. There are still a few things I need to get to finish my room but I have the main necessities. Surprisingly I miss Argyle/Denton, well really I think I just miss the people. I have three roommates: Mallory, Brooke, and Christine. I lived with Mallory and Brooke last year in Dobie. I think this year will be a lot of fun. I like that I have my own room and now we have control on the AC so it isn't always freezing. The only downside is that now I have bills to pay and no money to pay them with. I'm almost done with my resume and will be looking for a job this week. I want to either be a nanny or work at Nordstrom's. If those fail, I don't know what I will do but am open to suggestions. Problem is that I have a class on Tues/Thurs from 6:30-8pm but the rest of my schedule is pretty normal. I also have football tickets this year which will be awesome because the Longhorns rule! It is extremely hot here and I am beginning to doubt that I will have the motivation to walk to all my classes everyday. I suppose that is all that is going on in my life, boring isn't it?
