Things will be much different than you think or could ever expect, but that's OK.  You're good at research, but stay away from bio & the like, as you're not comfortable with disections anyway.  Give social sciences a fair chance maybe?  Most importantly, don't do a PhD!

Travel more while in Euroland! Defo!!! I didn't travel like at all during my MSc, so sad... I guess you'll have to say that to your 10 year old version, huh? ;-)

I could have gotten that internship in Mali, and still wonder how that would have worked out...
only I am not too fond of parasites..it was a study on malaria, visiting a village infected with it on site as well.

But yes, even apart from that, should have travelled more!
Get to visit you earlier too!

LOL, that works! So what you would tell your 10 year old self? Or would you do it all the same over all again, with more travel?

Hmm...I think there is a lot o be said of what could have gone better to be honest.
Keep better contact with people, could have done better at school, tried harder with French..

Possibly take a master outside the Netherlands, perhaps take more time actually getting a GF?
heh, I don't know, I think most off the things also made me how I am today, so it's hard to really think up too much to change in it.

but traveling more should be a definite yes!

LOL, maybe I'd have told myself to stop after a year or 2 of French and start Latin earlier? Or maybe walk away from crappy relationships sooner, I dunno! :-p
