Random jibberish again..
Well, at least my internet it working again.
Last night I went to connect and it failed at the password. Then I tried Mum's computer. Then Mum got involved and went on a rampage at her computer for being a &*^*ing stupid machine that can't do anything... and I was standing there trying to explain and she told me that computers are a sucker industry and I'm trying to stand up for them etc etc
It was not fun.
But when it was all done I went into to kitchen (Mum was in bed) and I wrote 'I love you' on a piece of paper and put it in her handbag.
We watched ROTK the other day, all of it... the extended version. Yikes I really won't be able to watch that for a while now. It's so long... plus I get annoyed at the fact that Peter had shot scenes establishing what each of the fellowship was doing after the War of the Ring and he didn't include it! GRRR! Have you seen that footage? Legolas wandering through a forest, Gimli in the caves... WAAAAAAH. All I really wanted from that film was Eowyn and Faramir and Legolas and Gimli going across the sea. WHHHHHY NOT
Anyhoo. I've been working on and off with Michael and my Mum on my fantasy book series. I'm still not up to writing it but playing around with it and building up the story is fun. Mum and I worked out a few ideas about the bad guys and Michael is actually formatting all the armies for me. Which is excellent. Unfortunately his internet provider is being a biatch and not letting him have a nice long conversation with me... but oh well...
Nath goes to Sydney on the weekend.. and Ben hasn't been able to use his parent's car much. Mope mope.
I did a heap of design the other day but I'm still not happy with it! GEEZ. I'm downloading teh_indy's Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban screen caps to try and jump start my design but we will see. It's a bit blerrrrg right now.
Lost is finally coming to a tv near me but I will leave after like 2 episodes. Geez. Hope it comes on in NZ. Meanwhile Im making use of seeing Queer as Folk every Monday. WHEE!
