I hope very much that you are all having / have had a great Christmas and Holidays.
I spent Christmas Eve watching movies (Harry Met Sally & Sleepless in Seattle) with my Daddy, in Jack's empty house. Jack and Tommi left that day to spend Christmas with Tommi's Mum. I was miffed because the only reason I had stayed in Wellington was because I didn't want Jack to be alone at Christmas. Oh well, at least I got to spend the month here rent free and had a good time.
We stole a tree from the Town Belt (I feel really bad about it now... all that Wicca literature must be getting to me!) and decorated it before Jack and Tommi left. I woke up early when someone texted me.. went downstairs and Dad and I opened our presents. All up in the whole day I got;

When Dad went to work I started to watch a heap of the extra features from ROTK. I really still love LOTR but I feel a little bad as it costs so much and it wasn't entirely on my list. I love it though.. except for the fingerprint embedded on the model. Grr! I dunno what I'm going to keep in it - it's a cool holder thingy you see. The cookbooks are great though! So pretty and colourful and great. I LOVE cooking.
Mike came over to see me for a couple of hours and then Jack and Tommi finally came home. They went to bed early but tomorrow we are going to Mike's family BBQ all together so hopefully we get to spend some time together, all of us. Mike leaves for Hamilton on Wednesday and I leave for home on Friday. I missed work this week and so feel bad and no closure but its ok... now it's over. No more work all week. EEP. I'm scared to go home but can't wait to see my Momma. She's talking about us maybe going down to Sydney to see the LOTR exhibition. Ha ha, for my 3rd time. *giggle*
