Hyposomnia

I don't sleep nearly enough,
Rather, I keep thinking
About all kinds of stuff.
Always got a sinking

Feeling, that I know isn't right,
Can't seem to shake
it off, or find the light,
Will I ever wake

Up to find It's all been a dream?
Or am I lost in this silent scream?
