New Projects, Strange Beginnings
So its been awhile since I’ve written and I thought it would be time to bring you all up to date with what I’ve been doing online.
Those familiar with me will know that I’ve been running the WildStar fansite WildStar Central for close on four years now.
Unfortunately the wider WildStar fan community has been in decline. This means I’ve had a lot of time on my hands and I’ve been looking for a new creative project.
Initially I considered taking a foray into the e-sports scene with the upcoming MOBA Gigantic (from Seattle-based Motiga Games) but this turned out to be too far outside of my wheelhouse to get any personal enthusiasm for the project going.
However a few weeks ago inspiration hit and now I have a new creative project that I am very much excited for.
I have since gathered a small team from the WildStar community - trusted friends and colleagues who worked/interacted with me while I was working on WildStar Central - and while I can’t discuss our plans in too much detail at this stage, suffice to say you will want to keep an eye on http://mmo-central.com over the next month or two.
