to
1. Resize your image to 100x100.
2. Select the eyes and lips and sharpen them all twice by drawing around them with the selection tool.
3. Duplicate the layer (Layer Palette, right click, duplicate) twice and set both from Normal to Screen. Then go back to your base layer (the original image) and sharpen once.
4. Create a new raster layer (Layers > New Raster) and fill it with #002F5B, then set it from Normal to Exclusion.
5. Now duplicate the bottom layer (your original image) and drag it to the top. Now desaturate (go to COlors > Adjust > Hue/Saturation/Lightness and set saturation to -100 and lightness to 0) and set the layer from Normal to Soft Light.
6. Create a new raster layer (Layers > New Raster) and fill it with #D6B684, then set it from Normal to Multiply.
7. Create a new raster layer (Layers > New Raster) and fill it with #7E3D29, then set it from Normal to Lighten, 25% Opacity.
8. Now duplicate the bottom layer (your original image) and drag it to the top and set it from Normal to Soft Light.
9. Create a new raster layer (Layers > New Raster) and fill it with #002F5B, then set it from Normal to Color and drag the opacity down to 25%.
10. Create a new raster layer (Layers > New Raster) and fill it with #C0FFFF, then set it from Normal to Soft Light and drag the opacity down to 50%.
11. Create a new raster layer (Layers > New Raster) and fill it with #FFC0C0, then set it from Normal to Burn and drag the opacity down to 60%.
12. Duplicate the layer and bring the opacity down to 45%.
13. Create a new raster layer (Layers > New Raster) and fill it with #DCF6D6, then set it from Normal to Soft Light and drag the opacity down to 50%.
