Wedding madness
Excuse me while I get Hissy and pissy.
Iam trying to plan a wedding... which we all know can be a blessed
event for anyone!ok who ever said this had a wedding planner!
Iam going nuts here!there are so many descions and this kitty hates making those!
so many goodie yays to see and do but so little money to work with.
I was reading a article that said the average wedding in 2003 for a 100 ppl
will come out to 10,000 ok well enless your a millionare there is no way in hell anyone
can afford a nice wedding to cost that enless you have money to throw out the window.
Just to let anyone and everyone know if you ever plan your own wedding do not I repeat
do not ever consider the Prado in Balboa park!I called them a week ago for pricing
and the gentleman i spoke to told me I could do the wedding on 5000.00 with reception
for up to 80 guests.When i get there and speak with his assistant she tells me oh
no you need to pay another 850.00 for the cermony spot as well.If anyone has seen the gardens
of the prado you would know that any bride would love to have there wedding there.
needless to say they pulled a whole bait and switch scam with me.
for this reason I will not even think of giving them my business.
and the happy ending on this thank god for friends,family,brides maids,and the best groom
any bride could ask for,with out them I would lose my mind.And well since I decided no prado
mainly cause I dont have the kind of money they want,we are uping what was once a somewhat short
guest list,to a little longer.Which will make my groom a little happier cause he has a huge family.
So now he has to worry a little less about who is gonna be hurt in his family if they dont get
a invite.And well neither do I say yay on that.
