It's that time.
This Friday is the launch of Iron Man 2 *geek happy dance* As usual I will be there opening day, but even better I plan to go to a midnight showing as well. I will do this adventure alone if I must but I want to see who is willing to join me.
My first reaction is to go to the IMAX release since I missed my chance with Dark Knight and a few others. But I am aware that there are people who cannot handle the IMAX experience. Being the fair overlord that I am, I will put the option out there for doing either version. My only requirements for the night are as follows: a cold drink, bag of M&Ms, good times had by all, and War Machine kicking A LOT OF ASS!!!! This makes for a happy tiger :)
So, in light of all that, here are the basic locations that some of us have gathered before and seem to work well:
IMAX option: Cinemark @ 11819 Webb Chapel Road Dallas, TX 75234
Normal option: again Cinemark @ 11819 Webb Chapel Road Dallas, TX 75234
AMC @ Northpark Mall
AMC @ Stonebriar
All places have 12:01am showings as far as I have seen. Chime in as soon as possible so we can get people informed and everybody can get tickets. I know IMAX may sell out early.
