I also kinda forgot that when things make you apprehensive (in this case, NERVs) you always ALWAYS make it a point to channel your energy and make it into a Zen like experience.
By that I mean always pump up the volume on something to relax you. Coincidentally, the song is called Zenergy. It's by one of the premiere Jazz bassists around Victor Wooten. Playing on drums is Carter Beauford from the Dave Matthews Band.
