well! i really don't feel like writing bout my vacation even though it was AWESOME. just a tad bit too long to indeed write bout. i'll give you a sort of preview ori suppose a POST-view, pretty catchy right there if you ask me. but anyways.
hey! there's a dreamer in my dreams being played as of right now! and guess who it's by.
so to continue-
vanessa lyn came over to my house on the night of wednesday, and we slept. but before sleeping! we said our last good byes, and talked to a certain two people named sam and shereen on the phone. excitement.
and now comes the sleep part.
then on the morning of thursday i woke up at the early time of 6oo. while vanessa slept to around 7oo. we left at 9oo. arrived at dear brandons house. we were SUPPOSED to leave round 93o but that didn't work out so hot.
hey! it's glenn miller now. wow what a great day.
back to my story-time.
so we ended up leaving around 4oo. which is around an estimated 7 FREAKING HOUR DELAY. wow. but we had some laughs, listened to some of evan's and brandon's guitar playing.
my friend evan is learning apple blossom, THAT right there made me EXTREMELY happy and chipper.
ANYWAYS, we drove all the way up to traverse city, to go to brandon's grandfathers house/really nice trailer in the middle of no-where! yahoooo. it actually really was exciting. at least to me.
hey! iron and wine now. sorry for the music interruptions.
brandon had a ghost experience. sort of creepy if you ask me. at least i was shaking.
we then slept on air mattresses for the night. vanessa lyn and i OF COURSE by the door. ha scary.
then we woke up at a late time for me at least, and decided to go to teh traverse city fair. i saw some skaters. cool. they messed up a lot of times, and i must admit i laughed. saw a really nice band, that only vanessa and i seemed to enjoy. their name was potato moon. they were a conversation of blues/country/folk/roots-rock? yes that's it. i enjoyed them. as did vanessa. ah yes, and before that we had some really hot tea. which was very good. i enjoy hot tea with 5 sugar packets and 2 creamers, unless there are no creamers, then i refrain from having tea. so now that you know how i like my tea, whenever i seem sick, you can spend your money on me and bring me a cup or two! ha, kidding. unless you really want to....
saw lake michigan. took pictures! yahhhhooo. i do like pictures.
grandpa makes VERY excellent food.
this entry has turned out to be my whole vacation story. so bear with me. sorry folks.
SATURDAY! we went to the lake michigan state park in traverse city. vanessa lyn and i made very intricate sand castles. the water washed most of mine away. i was angry. had talks, wow. people these days. long walks, which i do enjoy actually.
well this is most likely THE most important part of my vacation experience. i saw WILLY WONKA AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY FOR THE 4TH TIME. and at a DRIVE-IN movie theater! yahooo. was it great. yes it was. i certainly LOVE willy wonka. and i wish to marry him.
i also went swinging on the swings with vanessa during the second movie at the drive-in. it was very enjoyable. then we sat on the grass looking at the stars. i really like that and stars. they are just so very beautiful. then these two very obnoxious little 9 and 7 year old boys kept coming by us and hitting us the running away. i was about to snap and go hit them. i don't like little 9 and 7 year old boys too darn much.
sunday turned out to be CHURCH! yahooo. i love God. we went to our redeemer lutheran church in traverse city, i believe. their youth group went on a mission trip to mexico, so THAT was excting. we drove to the hotel. evan then left.
hey! belle and sebastian is playing!
vanessa and i went swimming! looked at the stars on the dock until around 2oo in the morning. i loved it.
monday, monday consisted of--
-swimming
-tanning
-floatables
-spiritual storing
-eating chinese, my sesame chicken was SUPERB.
-going to k-mart? and buying deodorant , body wash, and conditioner.
-learning that we indeed did have a balcony outside out hotel window.
-again, looking at the stars till about 2oo in the very morning
vanessa lyn and i went to many hot tubs, and had good times. good times.
hey! rufus wainwright! recently new collection added to my listening experience.
and that's the end. i didn't write any more so called journal entrys on my piece of paper. ah well.
vanessa and i did go for two 5 mile walks though. had arby's for lunch. on the trip ride home. we both had to go to the restroom, really bad. but brandon's mother WOULD NOT stop, but then we all ended up hungry, so we stopped at McDonald's and used the restroom, WOW. and ate. i like eating. then we drove home.
five minutes after i got home, i was off to cross country camp/ HOLY CRAP.
cross country camp was VERY enjoyable. poker, swimming, water wars, talking, UNO haha that was funnny, scary experience during the night at round 3oo in the morning, you know thrashing round, muttering, the works. all in all very nice time. running, you know?
and that's all folks.
you can take THAT to the bank.
