(no subject)
Hey, I've been avoiding LJ for the past couple days because I don't feel like updating about Christmas. But since I've given in already, here's a quick recap:
Christmas Eve, I went to Opa and Oma's house, my blood sugar went absolutely bonkers and I can't remember half the night because of it. Uncle Dave came too. I do remember, however, the part where my Opa and half my family started crying over the death of someone in our family. It's hard to celebrate when there's been a death so close to Christmas.
Christmas day, we opened presents and then visited my nana at her new home, which was quite a painful experience. I was happy when it was over.
Overall it was good, however, because I love my family around Christmas. And any other time, as well.
Today was driving school, which was tedious but not as bad as I thought.
When I came home I had a bit of a rough evening, but once I got back inside I had a bath and I felt much better. Thanks, Brian! ♥
Aaaand now I'm stretching my brain around trying to figure things out. I hate that.
I wish things were simple like Port Weller.
And I miss Mr. de Raaf.
