The weekend
My valentine's weekend went pretty well. The stir-fry I had planned for Friday night turned out really well. I think that despite the whole barbecue sauce thing, I may try it again. I want to see how chicken will go with it.
Saturday was good. I had to work, but after that Willa and I went out with my cousin Talia and her husband for sushi (technically we had maki rolls, except for Andy) at Izumi's in Milwaukee. Neither of us had eaten it before, so we didn't really know what to expect, but damn, it was good. It was a little chewy at times, depending on the fish, but there really wasn't any fishy taste to speak of. As another bonus, I finally figured out how to use chopsticks properly. :)
Sunday started out pretty badly (thanks to work), but it got better later that night. I finished my homework for VisCom, but my photo homework as been unfinished as of yet.
Today has been good. Work went great, among other things.
