Man, life sucks. First my life-size dolly goes missing and then apparently my Big Sis, Shiroko... is in the infirmary for something. But I dun' get it. Those little fun robots the white haired boy gave her should make her... what's the word... Uncapable of getting sick...
...also, it's not that Shiroko can't get sick, she just has a lot of defenses, so she usually won't get sick.

She's still human under all that, honey. She's not like you. Viruses and bacteria can't hurt you because your body doesn't work that way.
Think of it this way: Most people are like a house, with a simple lock on their doors. Some have a deadbolt, some don't even have any lock, so there's just a latch. Shiroko in comparison is like a military base. Do you understand now?
