the wheels are in motion to allow juries to declare a woman was "too intoxicated to consent to sex", are women suddenly so terribly unable to take their booze that men who get their consent for sex should be penalised as rapists?
is our judiciary so biased towards women that we men should start videotaping our sexual encounters in case we get accused of rape? i think yes, yes we should. an employee at disneyland got drunk and had sex with 4 men, woke up the next day claiming she was raped. things weren't looking good for our "rapists" until it turns out there was a videotape of the incident... and she was a very willing participant.
i believe in equality. if you are too drunk to consent to sex then im too drunk to be charged with drunk and disorderly.
