Oooo!
We got the house we put the offer on last night!
Now cross your fingers that our buyer for our house doesn't back out and truly does have the financing to buy our house.
Only downside about the house we bought is that I accidentally ran over a teenager's skateboard on the way to the house yesterday. I'm still totally mortified. He made a big deal about it, but I didn't see it laying upside down in the road and he apparently left it there to go get his cell phone out of the garage.
Still mortified. Still feel bad.
But the realtor and Dev both agree that he shouldn't have left it in the middle of the road in the first place. If I had seen it, I would have to have stopped and waited for him to get it out of the road because with cars parked on either side of a neighborhood road, there's no way to go around it.
Just hope he doesn't cause problems if we move into that house. /worried look
At any rate, need to get back to work. Definitely not enough time in the day lately.
