Too excited about looking at houses today and the prospect of selling ours.
Too nervous about whether the buyer will accept our contract with the modifications (only 7 days to inspect instead of 10 and us moving out within 7 days of closing instead of on day of closing).
Too nervous that the buyer might be scared away by the inspection report.
