It's been 3 months guess I have to come to the conclusion that I'm pretty much nocturnal now. Somehow my body has just naturally transitioned over to this schedule and I can no longer sleep at night past 2 am. I had a good few days then I went right back. It seems like I really only need a few hours of sleep anymore and wake up fine which is strange. All of my life I was a morning/daywalker until now. Not sure what's happening but it could be my thyroid too. My skin condition is clearing and dare I say almost gone now. Finally. I'm thinking going back to work in the daytime starting next week with walking 10-15 miles a day will throw me back on track we will see...
