On Thursday I leave for a MONTH in Spain. So nervous, so excited, so stressed!
Amy's is the first job I've had where my bosses don't make me feel guilty about taking time off. At Wegman's, it was a huge deal to take one goddamn day off. Working at Amy's seems to be quite the opposite. Today I hugged one of my bosses goodbye and she handed me a wad of bucks and said "Look me in the eyes. I want you to BLOW this." Being rewarded? For leaving my job for a month? I'll take it!
Anyway, I'm going to miss Buffalo a lot. My coworkers, my band, my house, my family... I'm sure it'll fly by!
