Home sweet...no, uh, not so much.
We got home from vacation tonight. The power is partially out and the fridge and the deep freezer are both out. The a/c is out. At least all the small animals seem okay even though the house is 84 degrees F on the inside. We have lost about 300.00 dollars in food and the house stinks from the deep freeze dumping yuck on the back porch floor.
Did the thing with the breakers. They all act right, but no power to 3/4 of the house. Bill is paid up, so that isn't it. Neigbours seem to have power. *sigh* We'll have to check wires in the morning.
I would rather be still on vacation.
EDIT: And we are back up! The standard had broke, which strains the line and the power man said it was a temporary one. I said it was a long temporary since it lasted for over a decade. We are partway cleaned up and the main issue besides the food is the router that seems to have fried. :P
