As an long time An Tir SCAdian, I found this absolutely *wonderful*. The image of House and the rest of the gang at an SCA meeting/lunch is just awesome :D (not to mention *exactly* how I would imagine it happening)

I am afraid that I missed the beginning parts though, where would I find them?

Oh, greatness. Thank you. Do you know I spent months ripping this part to shreds trying to make the lunch part work and then I finally just glossed it over to what I posted. I'm so happy it came out remotely like the real thing would. :D

I'll always have the first chapters in a post that's foward dated so it shows at the top of my journal. (No problem at all, btw.)

I think I missed the previous chapter but anyway this was absolutely wonderful. You really got across the feeling of a big friendly group.

I love that Wilson is the one who freaks out. Not Chase, but Wilson. I can understand why he freaked out, too. *hugs him* Thank goodness he went to Cuddy and she was able to help him. The conversation between Chase and House made me want to hug Chase and never let him go. No wonder he has issues. *grin*

Can't let Chase have all the fun. :) I'm letting more details on Chase's past slip in than I started out intending to put in the story, but oh, well.

Nope! House and Wilson should freak out on occasion, too. *grin* That's the problem with characters. Sometimes they reveal more than you want to.

:) Yeah. I don't mind when the story decides to veer this way or that, but it can be annoying. :P

i was afraid this was gonna be a lousy busy morning, but i looked and this was here. oh, i was so happy, i love this story.

this looks like the craziest and most fun lunch EVER. i don't blame wilson for freaking, i probably would too a bit. loved the cameron's shoes tied together bit, she's so annoying it only serves to have a frustrating and annoying payback--loved it!

oh, wow. glad you're back and keep it up! this is great!

Oh, yes. SCA gatherings usually end up just like that with everyone talking at the top of their lungs and telling jokes, etc. Cameron is very annoying in this story. I go a bit easier on her in Tales Told, but that's only because she gets to deal with the annoying cop.

Wilson was cracking me up, being freaked out by House! But I can't say I don't blame him... that would be kinda scary! ;)

*snort* Yeah. All you'd need to complete the picture is a leafblower to lift the kilt. *wink*

Wilson is used to House making people hate him. The idea of that many people willing dealing with House blew Wilson's brain. Poor Wilson. He'll make House pay, I'm sure.
