I read here that Lincoln, who played Diefenbaker during the first and second seasons of Due South, had passed away in September. It was devastating. I thought he would go on and go on. Aw, sad. But he had a pretty good long life for a big dog, and we were lucky to have him. There just aren't too many dogs with his kind of charisma.

Yes, it's very sad to learn that he died.　I heard that he would have been almost 14 years old. We were really lucky to have him in DS. He had the cutest little boy expression like a person inside.
