Hehe, FD was fun today. Got SOOO much fabric, and found almost everything I need. XD;;; Code Geass cosplay, hehe, I can finally start ^^ Got fabric for my RO commission for dyaoka. ^^ And for my Star Ocean III cosplay. But hehe making those shoes will be interesting. Very interesting. Almost remind of of KH Sora shoes...I think. XD And then looked for Gankutsuou fabric, found something that looked like it on the bottom (this gorgeous blue color), struggle to pull the roll out with ladyobsolete, and it turned out it was a white-blue gradient. >< That hurt. It was perfect, and then I was fooled. ;___; So yeah need to go back for that some time. Unfortunately I forgot to but the memorystick back in my camera, so we couldn't take a pic of my agonizing over that XD
Ahh fabric by the pound was having a sale too (that's where I saved a lot of my money XD). $1.00/lb, versus $2.00/lb. I think I did well today with shopping. And we went to get curry in Little Tokyo. So good. :3 And got some takoyaki too ^___^ Shopped at Marukai (bought a lot of yummy stuff) and then dropped off ladyobsolete and Sean back on campus, and my stuff at the apartment. :D But yeah that tired me out though. XD It was worth it, but it was definitely tiring (but there isn't a time when it isn't). The return trip for me was uhh, yeah I feel sorry for everyone I drove bad in front of. I think I got lucky that people were paying better attention. >< Also stopped by Joanns too on the way back to pick up some thread, zippers, yarn and a crochet needle, cause there's this Putumayo cap thing I want to try to make from my Gothic Loli bible XD.
Hehe, sooo, cosplay workshop this weekend, jen_kat, yoshikochan? ladyobsolete interested in joining perhaps? XD
