Socialness
Yestarday was the first ever Pagan Soc ritual and the Archery Club AGM.
I was expecting the ritual to be entirely chaotic and cobbled together. I think the better word to describe it would be spontanious. There were six of us there and we all had a good time and talked about what Ostara ment to us and what new beginnings we were hoping for int he coming year. It felt nice and realxed and there was lots of laughing involved, which made it better. They were talking about next years comittee and were making me doubt my dicision to step down. I told them I'd consider restanding but I'd really rather we found somebody else. However thinking about it logicly I think I'll have my work cut out with the archery club and I really want to dedicate my time to them as much as possible. Which leads me to the next part...
I just got made archery Social Sec. I'll reiterate the point that
kathy_mooseis a really wonderful social sec and I'm hoping I can be half as good as she is, but I also feel glad to be relieving her of the workload as I know she can do with more time to focus on her studies. My future housemates, Chris and Joe got made Treasurer and Safety/Equptment Officer. I hope I can be part of making the club have an awsome year. We had a great meal out afterwards and fun was had.
Now I can breath a sigh of relief about stressing / getting excited about that and move on to the next (non-essay realted) event. Next up is...
Camerilla Northan Regional. The RST hasn't got back to me about what chaarcter he wants me to NPC, so I'm stressing about the Requiem game, but looking forward to Awakening becuase it's the first time I'll have played Sunshine outside of Sheffield. Hopefully she'll make some new friends...
After that it's Isle of Mann with some archers and then Verona with my beloved, then back to Sheffield for some culteral slumming before going back to uni. The wheel of time keeps turning...
