(no subject)
so call this fate......this morning the first morning I kept my cell on this guy from st mikes residence calls me, saying they have a room avalable for the fall/winter term. Im all exited but my mom wanted to go check it out first to see if its like a crap hole or something like that. So when we get there hes like...the nicest guy EVER, he showed us around the st mikes section (beautiful) and when we got to the sorbara hall (the place with single rooms) i was absolutely floored. It was so pretty inside. I mean all the st mikes buildings are UGLY but this one was so beautiful, it looked alot like innis in the hallway, and it was just built in 2001 so its all new, and the room is average size with get this....a SINK! theres this tiny little area with a SINK! theres also a place for a tv which i dont need, and a full corner desk for computer etc. The closets kinda...out in the open.....but its cool, i mean no ones going to steal my clothes cause no one else is in there! the dining halls a little.....far....like i have to walk outside to get to it, but nothing i didnt do at trin! ok second fate thing...i was put at the TOP of the waiting list because i emailed the residence the same day they were re-doing the waiting list...HOW COOL! and also casue i went in today i got to acutally PICK which room I wanted! out of only 4 mind you.....but its ok! its awsome! too bad im sharing a washroom with 36 other people.......eug......and EW I DONT WANNA MAKE NEW FRIENDS! THATS SO TEDIOUS! i mean jeez, i reeeeeeeally need to start working hard this year if i wanna get back into u of t next year....but
